A Falmouth couple, Connie Brauer and Victor Harris have filed a 20 Billion Dollar lawsuit against the Attorney Generals of NS and Canada for violating their:

1. Parental Rights
2. The Guaranteed Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms
3. United Nations Universal  Declaration of Human Rights
4. Anti Slavery Rights
5. Equal Protection under the Criminal Code Rights

They are still paying child support for a 22 year old man who has been missing for four years. William Harris should have been removed from child support at age 19. Actually even earlier because he quit school and did nothing constructive.

His mother, Paulette Harris of Halifax, is employed at the Oxford School as a teacher.

She has committed: assault, parental alienation, fraud, violation of a court order and slander, libel and perjury.

It is obvious that the court system and the government system of justice and family law are engaged in massive
discrimination, abuse, extortion, abuse of power, parental alienation and injustice.

They are also engaged in child abduction. The Halifax Children’s Aid along with the full endorsement of the court system have committed the ultimate crime of child abduction.

What else have they done to parents? This carnage against parents all across Canada must stop! Today!

Politicians are guilty of neglect and inaccessibility.

Falmouth, NS Canada- Connie Brauer and Victor Harris have filed the largest, proposed class action suit against Canada and Nova Scotia, in Canadian history.

Their suit claims damages for all non custodial parents who have been denied their inalienable Parental Rights, The Guaranteed Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Universal Declaration of Human Rights, Anti Slavery Rights and Criminal Code of Canada protection rights.

They claim that the Divorce Act and the Child Support Guidelines are unconstitutional.

After paying over one million dollars for the support of his family, Victor Harris, a retired senior, is still paying child support for his 22 year old son, William Harris, whom he has had no communication with for the last four years. Nearly $4,000 per year, tax free to her,  is automatically deducted from his pension and goes straight into the pocket of Paulette Harris of Halifax, an employed  school teacher.

Nine judges have refused to terminate child support despite the unknown whereabouts of the able bodied and mentally capable son, William Harris. Why? We don’t know.

Paulette Harris was also ordered to pay child support, four years ago, to William Harris, to provide for his private apartment. All expenses paid. What other parents are forced to provide an all expense paid apartment without any parental supervision?

There is no evidence that Paulette Harris has paid either her portion or Victor Harris’s portion of child support to William Harris.  She also assaulted Connie Brauer on Aug. 2/07, when Connie Brauer served her interrogatories in order to find out where William Harris was. She denied the assault in court and was acquitted.

There is no accessibility to the courts for victims of Charter Rights violations.

The Provincial Courts don’t deal with the Charter even though they have it listed in the Criminal Code Book of Canada.  We have personally gone to the Provincial Court of NS and asked for Charter Rights.

The Provincial Legislature doesn’t insure our Charter rights. One can not even address the Provincial Legislature in order to bring up Charter issues.

The Provincially elected MLA’s don’t even know what the Charter is or how to enforce it.

The House of Commons doesn’t allow Canadians to address the House. No Canadian unless elected can address the House of Commons. We have had controversial foreign leaders of controversial countries address the House of Commons, but our own people can not address the House of Commons.

The Speaker of the House has sent me a personal letter refusing my request to address the House of Commons. Our Government, our Democracy. Right!

Our elected Members of Parliament do not know how to direct one to have their Charter Rights upheld. Not one of them know. I have written to all 300 plus members of Parliament and none of them have responded.

O Canada, the telephone directory for Government Services @ 1 800  622 6232 doesn’t know where to direct people to get their The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms upheld.

The Prime Minister of Canada doesn’t know where to go. He has refused to answer, except for the stupid form letter that says – Sorry don’t know.

The Federal Court is supposed to be the place to file all things Federal and especially The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms issues. Not so.   Even they don’t know, and won’t accept one’s statement of claim.

Each Provincial Supreme Court is supposed to uphold The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms but whenever you file anything regarding the Charter  it is completely ignored. The courts systematically and blatantly violate our Guaranteed Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms every day.

Our politicians and our governments, both Provincial and Federal and Municipal violate our Charter of Rights Everyday.

Oh, but don’t expect them to know ANYTHING about The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms as they only print the books.   It’s important that you get the book because there is an item missing in the Charter on the website.  It’s in the book and it’s Sect. 3.

Section 3 guarantees to all citizens the right to be involved in the election of their governments. It gives them the right to vote in federal , provincial or territorial elections,  along with the right to run for public office themselves. The underlined part is the part that is missing from all other publications.  Get it?

The  Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Dalhousie University expert on the Charter doesn’t know. His name is Wayne Mackay, a supposed expert in the Charter.  I had a public radio discussion with him and a private discussion with him and even he couldn’t tell me where to go to get  The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms upheld.

There are no Guaranteed Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms  lawyers or law firms in all of Canada.  The law firms don’t even have Civil Rights in their areas of practice. Don’t believe me?

Go look! Do an Internet search and you will find Civil Rights, then when you access that you will find Human Rights and when you access that you will find LABOUR LAW IN CANADA. You will not find Charter Rights or Civil Rights.

Not one divorced parent in Canada, has broken through the Freedom barrier, in court, to have equal shared parenting of their children, without mandatory child support paid to the other parent.

The broken families and destroyed children by our judicial system is routine.

The Children’s Aid Societies all over Canada are invading homes and apprehending someone elses children, for new reason, every day.

Our press and media is not free.

We have no Freedom of Information.

We have no disclosure or transparency from government.

The  stories of police  abuse are rampant.

The ineffectiveness of our Politicians is legendary.

The huge tax grabs of our incomes is criminal.
